I. General provisions

  1. Online store GlobalWars-Pyro, available at: http://globalwars-pyro.com/ (dalej: „Sklep”), prowadzony jest przez PH GLOBALWARS, z siedzibą w Żołnierzy Niezłomnych 2/12

In accordance with INCOTERMS 2020, FCA terms mean that full responsibility (including costs and legal risks) passes to the buyer at the moment of handing over the package to the courier company. The seller is not responsible for legal issues related to the legal regulations of the country to which the products are delivered. These obligations rest solely with the buyer.
  5. In accordance with applicable law, the sale of fireworks and firecrackers in our store is available only to people who are over 18 years old. When placing an order, both in the stationary store and online, you may be asked to show a document confirming your age. We ask you to understand and comply with this rule, which is intended to ensure safety and compliance with the law.

II. Offer and products

  1. The store offers online sales of fireworks and pyrotechnic accessories.
  2. Product prices are given in Polish zlotys (PLN) and include VAT.
  3. The store reserves the right to change product prices, introduce new products and withdraw products from the offer.

III. Placing orders

  1. Orders are placed via the Store's website.
  2. The customer selects the products he wants to purchase and then goes to the cart section, where he confirms the order.
  3. To complete the order, it is necessary to provide contact details, such as: name and surname, delivery address, telephone number and e-mail address.
  4. The customer is obliged to read these regulations and accept the terms of sale before placing an order.

IV. Payments

  1. The store allows you to make payments via a payment operator Przelewy24.
  2. Accepted payment methods:
    • Payment by online transfer (Przelewy24)
    • Payment by credit/debit card
  3. Payments are processed securely by Przelewy24 and transactions are encrypted.

V. Shipping and delivery

  1. Orders are shipped via courier companies DHL i DPD.
  2. The delivery cost depends on the weight and size of the ordered products and the selected delivery method. The delivery cost will be provided before finalizing the order.
  3. The order processing time is up to 3 business days, and the delivery time is usually 1-2 business days from the time of shipment.
  4. The customer will be informed about the order status and shipment number after shipment.

VI. Complaints and returns

  1. In accordance with applicable law, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods.
  2. Returns should be reported to the following e-mail address: info@globalwars-pyro.com.
  3. In the event of withdrawal from the contract, the goods must be returned intact, in the original packaging, without traces of use.

  6. Complaints regarding damage to the shipment should be reported immediately after receiving it in order to carry out the complaint procedure.

  2. Any disputes arising from the sales contract will be resolved by the court competent for the Seller's registered office.
